In Amion, you can hide a shift from appearing on the daily Who's on list but still appear in your monthly schedule view.
To hide a shift on the daily Who's on list view:
If your schedule belongs to a hospital-wide Amion account, the menu option will say Include in site-wide Who's on list. Alternatively, for site-wide account, you can left-click on the shift name. In the Infobox window, click the pink house icon to disable including it on the site-wide Who's on list.
Shifts hidden on the daily site-wide Who's on list view are marked with a gray triangle icon at the upper-left corner of the shift name.
Note: If your schedule belongs to a hospital-wide Amion account, deselecting the "Include in site-wide Who's on list" only hides the shift from the site-wide view. It is STILL VISIBLE on your department's Who's on list view.
To also hide the shift from your department's Who's on list view:
- Right-click on the shift name.
- Hold your keyboard's SHIFT key and select the "Include in site-wide Who's on list".
- The gray triangle icon will have a red outline indicating the shift is hidden from both Who's on list views.
To unhide a shift from the daily Who's on list view:
To unhide a shift from the daily Who's on list view, REPEAT the same steps above for hiding a shift.
