- Enter Your Details: Provide your full name, email address, office address, and phone number. This information is required to verify that only legitimate healthcare providers can access our scheduling data.
- Profile Check: Amion will check if there is an existing healthcare provider profile that you can claim. If a match is found, you can claim the profile to streamline your account setup.
- Create a New Account: If no existing profile matches your information, you'll proceed to create a new account.
2. What information do I need to provide when creating a new account?
Answer: You need to provide your full name, email address, office address, employee title (MD/DO, NP/PA, RN, other), and phone number. This ensures that only authorized healthcare providers can access the schedule data, maintaining the security and integrity of our system.
3. How can I log in to Amion?
Answer: Amion offers multiple ways to log in:
- Single Sign-On (SSO): Use your institution's credentials for a fast and secure login experience.
- Email and Password: Enter your registered email and password.
- Verification Code: Receive a one-time code via text or email to log in without a password. In the event that there is no phone number associated with your Amion account, you will be prompted to add one, then login and associate the phone number to your account.
- Apple, Microsoft, or Google: Log in directly using your Apple, Microsoft, or Google account.
When accessing Amion.com, you’ll be prompted to enter your schedule access code. Upon entering, if a valid access code is found, and linked to an existing profile, you’ll be prompted to log in via one of the methods above. If no account is found, you’ll be required to create a new account.

4. What is Single Sign-On (SSO) and why should I use it?
Answer: SSO allows you to log in to Amion using your institution’s credentials. This method offers several advantages:

- Reliability: Use the same login you use for your institution’s systems, reducing the need to remember multiple passwords.
- Increased Security: Benefit from your institution’s security measures, such as multi-factor authentication, ensuring secure access to your account.

5. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Answer: During the account creation process, Amion checks if there is an existing profile that matches your details. If a match is found, you will be given the option to claim the profile. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the claim process and link it to your new account.
