Set shift times in Amion Classic

Set custom shift times for attending and resident schedules. For example, shift A is from 7am to 5pm for weekdays. But on weekends and holidays, it is 24 hours from 7am to 7am.

To set a custom shift time: 

1. Open your schedule in OnCall/OnCloud (the editor with the gray background)

2. Select the cell that should have the custom shift 

3. Right-click on the cell and select ‘Shift times…’ OR Click the clock icon in the toolbar 

4. In the custom shift times info box set the shift start and end times 

5. You can customize the custom shift time on the schedule by selecting the following icons: 

  • Black Down Arrow = Make the custom shift time the default shift time for every day from the date selected onwards 

  • Blue Down Arrow = Make the custom shift time the default shift time for every Friday from the date selected onwards
  • Green Down Arrow = Make the custom shift time the default shift time for every other Friday from the date selected onwards 

6. A clock icon will display on the schedule to indicate that the shift has a custom shift time. To remove a custom shift time: To reset a shift back to its original hours, from the custom shift times info box click the red x to reset the shift back to its standard hours.
