What are one-way swaps?
One-way swaps, also known as shift give-aways, are when Provider A gives away a shift to Provider B. Provider A would have one less shift and not receive anything in return or exchange from Provider B. Provider B would have one more shift on top of their existing assignments.
For traditional swaps, please see this support page.
How to submit a one-way swap?
From Amion Viewer, open the My Schedule activity:
- Using your mouse, right click the desired shift to swap
- Select Give option and the Request Submission sidebar will open
- Under Your Assignment, select the desired shift you want to trade.
- Hint: The dropdown will only show the list of shifts for that current month.
- Under Requestee Staff, select the staff member who will receive your shift
