This article applies to Amion Next only. Amion Next is the new web-based platform that allows users to manage and view Amion schedule data. 

The account verification process links a staff member’s Amion record within their Doximity account using their work email. Verifying staff accounts provides several benefits:

• Schedules are automatically "claimed" and added to "My Schedule" (web and mobile). This allows staff to see their personal schedule assignments.
• Users can submit requests and complete shift swaps. 

Once the Schedule Administrator sends the verification invitation, please follow the below steps to complete the account verification process. 

1. Open your email inbox 

   

2. Click the Green "Accept Invite" button.

3. Log in using your existing Doximity credentials. If you do not have an existing Doximity account, you will need to create a new Doximity account.

4. Once logged in, click “Confirm.” This will link your Amion staff record to your Doximity account. 

5. You’re now verified!

Please Note: 

1. Verification invitations are automated emails sent from support@amion.com. If the invitation is not in your inbox, please check your Junk or Spam folder. 
2. Verification invitations expire 24 hours after being sent. 
3. If the account is not verified within 24 hours, the invitation will need to be resent. Please contact your administrator(s) to resend the verification invitation.
