Revert a Schedule to the Last Published Version
In Amion Next, you can revert a schedule to its most recent published version by discarding all draft changes. There is currently no option in the user interface to select and restore an older historical version of a schedule.
Revert to the Last Published Version
To discard your current draft changes and restore the schedule to its last published state:
- Open Schedule Manager for the schedule in Amion Next.
- In the top navigation, click on the reversion clock icon.
This removes all changes made since the last publish and restores the schedule to the most recently published version. Please note this will implement the change without a preview.
Important Limitations
- Only the last published version can be restored: Amion Next does not currently provide multi-version history or a way to select an older published version, such as a version from last week.
- Discarding changes cannot be undone: Once draft changes are discarded, they cannot be restored through the user interface.
- Older versions may not be recoverable: If the available recovery window has passed or schedule data has been overwritten, Engineering may not be able to restore the previous schedule. In these cases, the schedule may need to be rebuilt in Amion Next.
Need to Reference Other Changes?
If you're looking for information about other changes that have been made to a schedule, review the Audit Log. The Audit Log can provide a record of schedule activity for reference, but it is not a version-history tool and cannot be used to restore previous schedule versions.
