If you need to cancel a pending swap request you previously submitted, you can cancel it directly from the My Schedule tab. Follow the steps below to cancel your swap request. Please note: You cannot submit another swap request for the same shift and day while an existing swap request is pending.
- Log in to your group's schedule at amion.com. On the main toolbar at the top, click on ‘my schedule’.
- From ‘my schedule’ tab, navigate to the date you'd like to remove from your requests in the right panel. You may need to expand this panel on the right if you don't see it.
- Click on the three dots in the top right of the swap request and click 'Cancel Request'.
4. You will receive a notification of successful cancellation in the bottom right.
