Amion Secure Messaging lets staff send and receive secure, PHI-protected messages through Doximity’s secure network.

How to Send a Message

Option 1: From Amion.com — Web

Use this option when you are viewing the on-call schedule.

1. Open Who’s On List.
2. Find the on-call staff member.
3. Click Send Message.
4. Type your message.
5. Click Submit.
    

Option 2: From the Amion Schedule — Mobile

1. Open the Amion Mobile App.
2. Tap Message to Amion App.
3. Type your message.
4. Tap Submit.

Option 3: From the AMiON Inbox

After logging in to our site, navigate to your organization’s page. From there, access the AMiON Inbox.

1. Open Amion Inbox.
2. Click New.
3. Select the staff member.
4. Type your message.
5. Send the message.

Option 4: From the Mobile App

1. Open the Amion Mobile App.
2. Open Messages.
3. Tap New.
4. Select the staff member.
5. Type your message.
6. Send the message.
