This article applies to Amion Next only. Amion Next is the new web-based platform that allows users to manage and view Amion schedule data.
Let your staff submit actual hours worked at Amion to generate complete and accurate payroll numbers. All you need, if enabled, is a verified Doximity/Amion account.
- Log in to your group's schedule at amion.com. On the main toolbar at the top, click on ‘my schedule’.
- From ‘my schedule’, click on a past assignment that you’d like to adjust. You can only adjust hours that you’ve already worked. You will then see the option to ‘Edit Hours’.
- When the Hours Adjustment Request panel opens, by default it will show the standard hours. From there, you can update either the start or end time and add an optional note. The submit request button will turn from grey to blue once new details are added for submission.
- After submitting, you will immediately see the pending hour adjustment in the right hand panel.
- Once submitted, your scheduler will be notified to approve or deny your request. You will be notified of the completed action via email. On some schedules, this feature is set to auto-approve. However, most will follow the approval workflow.
*Note: Some users won’t see a ‘New Request’ button. In these cases, please contact your admin.
- If adjusting hours hasn’t been enabled by your group’s scheduler, then you won’t be able to leverage this feature.
- Alternatively, if it’s been enabled, but you specifically don’t have the request button, connect with your scheduler to ensure your email address has been added and you have gone through the verification process. The verification process is something that all users will need to complete to fully leverage this feature. See image below.
- If there are Time-Off Categories that are missing from your workflow, please reach out to your group’s scheduler to request that they be added.
